Terms & Conditions

Authorized Payments
When you reserve a ticket, you authorize a payment. You’re only charged if the show hits its ticket reservation goal. If the goal isn’t met, the authorization expires and you’re never charged. No fees. No refunds needed.

Refund Policy

Once a show reaches its reservation goal, all sales are final. You can’t cancel your reservation or request a refund. When you reserve your ticket, a temporary hold is placed on your card. That hold stays in place until the show is either confirmed or expires. If the goal isn’t reached, the hold is released automatically and you’re never charged. If the show is confirmed and you can’t attend, you can give or sell your ticket to someone who is 18 or older. The only time refunds are issued is if Turnout cancels a confirmed show.

Age Policy

Turnout events are strictly 18 and over. You must be at least 18 years old to attend a show or reserve a ticket. Valid government-issued ID is required for entry.

Show Commitment
Reserving a ticket shows your commitment to the show. A pending charge will appear on your account, but you won’t be charged unless the goal is met. If not enough people reserve, the show is off and the pending charge disappears.

Member Profiles
Your profile is public by default so you can connect with others and see who’s going to shows. You can switch to private anytime in your settings.

Communications
By joining Turnout, you agree to receive occasional updates by email or SMS. These are only used to notify you about new drops, presales, and show confirmations. We never spam or sell your data.

Ticket Limits & Abuse
To keep things fair, we may limit ticket quantities per member and reserve the right to flag or block suspicious, duplicate, or fraudulent accounts.

Platform Integrity
We reserve the right to update, cancel, or modify any drop, show, or member benefit to maintain fairness and protect the platform experience for everyone.
